Warranty Service

Is your ice machine covered under manufacturer warranty?  If so we can help!

Our service technicians have been certified by all of the major ice making machine brands. If your unit requires service and is still under factory warranty our service technicians can help. We will repair the unit for you and submit the claim on your behalf directly to the manufacturer.

If you are unsure if your ice machine is under warranty—but know the model and serial number of your unit—you can give us a call and we would be happy to verify the warranty status for you.

Maintenance Plans
